As the Garden Development Assistant, Jessica enjoys interacting with fellow garden enthusiasts, talking about all things gardening. It has become her passion which some may call an obsession. She enjoys supporting gardeners in establishing or expanding their gardens and teaching children about gardening at various head start programs. She is a member of the Garden Resource Program. Jessica is excited to one day become a market gardener with a focus on medicinal herbs and transplants. In the summer, you can find Jessica with her grandchildren in her garden, at an outdoor concert, or at Belle Isle Beach. Jessica graduated from Wayne State University, with a degree in Psychology.
