Volunteer with KGD

Join us at the farm

Volunteering is a great way to get to know KGD Farm, spend some time outside, and sharpen your garden skills. Volunteers lend a hand with seasonal tasks including transplant production, planting, harvesting, and general farm maintenance.

To keep volunteers safe during the pandemic, all activities will take place outside or in a hoophouse with the doors and sides open to promote airflow. Unvaccinated volunteers are strongly encouraged to wear masks while volunteering. All volunteers, regardless of vaccination status, are encouraged to practice social distancing. Youth are welcome to join us for volunteer hours alongside adult volunteers!
