Taste the Diaspora Detroit, now in its third year, celebrates the food, culture, and contributions of the African diaspora by bringing awareness to how African Americans, for decades, have utilized food to resist historic and ongoing oppression. In celebration of Black History Month join Chef Ederique for a cooking class to highlight some of her favorite dishes including: soul fried rice with collards,  gumbo z’herbes and more!
